My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Koutsil for over 10 years. He is a one of a kind dentist, you will have a hard time finding a more gentle, knowledgeable and kind man to care for your teeth. I trust Dr. Koutsil and his abilities so much that I have referred his name to many family members and friends. He is a fabulous dentist!! I love his staff, they are all very fun and always smiling. The office has a great atmosphere, very calm, relaxing and fun. Prepare to laugh. I always appreciate that his office runs on time and values their patients time. I would highly recommend he becomes your dentist.

My family and I have been under Dr. Koutsil’s care for about ten years now, and have nothing but the greatest respect and appreciation for all aspects of his (and his staff’s) services. Whether it’s a simple matter of cleaning/regular check-up or more significant issue such as fillings, root canals, and orthodontic spacers/braces, Dr. Koutsil brings great expertise and artistry to the task at hand. He is extremely mindful of patient sensitivities (i.e., pain abatement), is very open and inviting of questions and concerns, and brings a quiet confidence that is very reassuring to the patient. We also feel that his fees are reasonable, and certainly his admin staff are adept at managing/filing insurance claims so that we are only ever charged the co-pay amount.

I have a family of 6 …. 4 which are children aged 14,8,7& 2… I have suffered greatly when it comes to my teeth as I had(thanks to Dr.K, I can say had) a terrible fear of dentists and pain …. since meeting him and his staff, I’ve never been treated so kindly and givin every ounce of information and comforting I may need or want during each visit and I’m finally pain free!! everything they do for me and my family is never uncomfortable or painful we all actually look forward to seeing them, he is absolutely amazing with my kids always talks them thru anything, allows them to b apart of the visit instead of them just sitting In silence and fear, and now all of my kids love the dentist!! Id have to say anyone looking for a great experience regardless of how ur past has been with dentist …. he’s the best!!! All my kids absolutely adore everyone there!! Thanks to all of u for everything u have and continuously do for my family! U deserve more then 5star rating!!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Koutsil for 5 years now. He did an excellent job with my daughters braces, she has a beautiful smile thanks to him. We enjoy our hygiene appointments, Mandy and Keli are awesome with cleaning our teeth. Not once have we ever had to wait to be seen! There have been no surprises with extra costs, if there has been any dental work needed, Dr. Koutsil explains what it is and why it is necessary. He is also excellent with freezing and I have never experienced any discomfort with the fillings he has done. They direct bill to insurance as well, and have helped me understand how my insurance works. I highly recommend Dr. Koutsil and all his staff. They are gentle, kind, and efficient. It’s not the most fanciest office in the city, but I will continue to go there until he retires, and I have referred many of my friends and family to Shawnessy Plaza Dental Clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr Koutsil for the past 7 years and have always been treated in a professional manner. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all options available. I would highly recommend him and his staff as I have had cleanings, fillings,extractions and root canals and have never had any problems or concerns.

I like the laid back attitude of the office. My son needed braces,Roman explained to us what to expect when we go to see the specialist. Referral was easy , we did not have to lift a finger…. I would recommend this office especially if you have kids.
